JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive/Business Development person for an established recycling and waste management client in the south of Aberdeen.
This is a permanent position and a great opportunity to establish yourself in an exciting sales role.
The main purpose of the role will be to generate new business opportunities and establish new relationships leading to opportunities of new business.
Candidates with the right attributes looking to start out on sales would be considered but it would be advantageous to hold some experience especially in a service environment.
The main responsibilities will be
- Generating New Business Opportunities through Canvasing and Introductory Telephone Calls and Emails
- Making and Attending Business Appointments
- Preparing Quotations
- Following up & Converting Quotations
- Customer Care and Retention
- Preparing Weekly Activity Report and Monthly Sales Report
- Attending Networking Events/Trade Stands
- Achieving Agreed Objectives
It is essential to have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
Must have a good computer skills on MS office.
Must be organised, proactive and excellent communication and networking skills.
This is a permanent full time position and as well as basic salary will come with a bonus scheme and monthly car allowance.
