JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client based in Runcorn WA7. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all operational targets are met.

Salary: £27,631.50 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm

Location: Runcorn WA7

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operatives whilst working alongside the team
  • Allocate workloads and manage staff schedules
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse team members
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies

Skills / Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Competent IT skills, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
