Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider specialising in NHS ophthalmology services, delivering high-quality care to patients across the UK. The Role
You will support a busy recruitment function, helping to attract, engage, and onboard talent across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Posting job adverts and proactively sourcing candidates
- Searching CV databases and engaging candidates via LinkedIn
- Conducting telephone screenings
- Coordinating and supporting interviews (including note-taking)
- Managing candidate compliance and documentation
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and events
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident communicating at all levels.
About You
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and telephone skills

- Location: Bolton (BL1)
- Working pattern: 5 days onsite initially, reducing to 2 days onsite once established
- Hours: Flexible (8:00-4:00, 8:30-4:30, or 9:00-5:00)
