JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Paint Prep & Final Inspection Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Radcliffe, M26. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous factory, paint preparation, quality inspection, or manufacturing experience who have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare products for painting and dispatch.
- Carry out final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Interpret drawings and specifications.
- Accurately measure materials and components as required.
- Identify and report any defects or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Assist with other production duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in paint preparation, quality inspection, or manufacturing preferred.
- Previous factory experience desirable.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the company.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate
£13.50 per hour
