We are looking for a leader playing an important role in the production of products. The client is looking for an experienced and motivated Leader who can really inspire others and drive high standards and support the development of the individuals in a positive high performing culture.
The company is a well established thriving international organisation who are going through a growth period.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day to day operation of the production area
- Ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of plant, equipment and processes
- Drive production performance to achieve quality, output and delivery targets
- Support Training and development of team members to build capability and flexibility
- Work collaboratively with technical, engineering and operational teams
- Lead problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure completion of production, quality and process documentation to required standards
We are looking for an engaging and motivated Team Leader who can coach, support and develop production teams. You must have proven experience along in MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION LEADERSHIP strong communication and people management skills. You will need to be extremely proactive with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. If you are positive and have a resilient mindset with the ability to lead the team through change and challenges this would be a role for you ! You must have an a good understand of Health and Safety in manufacturing environments
