We are looking for a candidate to work as a team administrator for one of our clients in South Preston. The client is looking to cover a 6 month period due to workload in the department. You will be carrying out data entry and administration tasks in the billing department.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 8 - 5 (could be flexible to change following initial training period).
Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
- Data inputting job completion cards into the in-house system to raise appropriate invoices
- Reconciling and checking client data
- Raising any disputes with internal departments
- Supporting the busy invoicing department with administration tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to pick up new systems
- Office administration experience essential of over 12 months
- Organised and attention to detail
- Able to work in a team
This role is based on site and is not hybrid. This role is for a 6 month period and the client is looking for commitment for the role.
