We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Preston. Do you have recruitment experience and are you open to a new challenge in 2026? Our team in Preston has over 35 years of experience and is looking for a motivated and ambitious team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new clients to promote the services of the Preston JDR Team (no restrictions on area or industry).
- Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with client companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the team of experienced consultants and senior candidate resourcer to manage the sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management for temporary and/or permanent positions (job specific).
- Market services through a variety of channels.
- Source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage clients and candidates on the ATS system.
- Perform administration tasks including carrying out credit checks, client and candidate compliance, invoicing/credit management.
- Work with the team to deal with all incoming enquiries from any clients or candidates.
