Our Client are an international distribution company based on the outskirts of Preston and are looking for a Export Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join their team.

The client operates worldwide and the UK division supplies products to both the UK and Europe and further afield if required.

Responsibilities in the role e-Commerce Account Management

  • FBA stock replenishment and shipping arrangements
  • Stock and financial reconciliation report for finance
  • Order invoicing
  • Manage Replyco messages and customer enquiry & feedback
  • Customer returns processing
  • B2B Account Management
  • Customers/agent communications
  • Setting up new customers price lists + New customer welcome pack
  • Providing customer quotation regularly + Updating and Maintaining Customer Price Lists
  • Back orders follow ups and updates
  • Product Management
  • Competitor Market Price info research/Data gathering
  • Product Cross referencing
  • Promoting new product range
  • Reports & Analysis Support to Sales Team
  • Sales reports
  • Sales figures analysis
  • Cost/Price reduction requests
  • Gross Margin report analysis
  • Analysing product movement
  • Product forecast
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Answering any Directors' queries
  • Admin/ Customer Service
  • Raising orders for UK, Export and e-commerce customers in a timely manner
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by email and phone
  • Dealing with any queries from sales managers.
  • Main point of contact for customer service issues
  • Arranging transportation for UK and European customer orders.
  • Issuing documentation for transportation and export.
  • Document Filing/Archiving
  • General office duties such as answering the phone and other duties assigned by the management

Skills/Experience Required

  • Experience and a good understanding of European Road Freight Operations including Incoterms and the relevant documentation required for Export would be preferred
  • Attention to Details, self motivated, able to multi-task
  • Good Microsoft office skills and used to working on various systems
