JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Conveyancer on behalf of our client in Preston, PR1.
Location: Preston (PR1)
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE, plus options for a fee sharing arrangement.
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid working after probation
The Role: As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of conveyancing matters, ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently through to completion. You will handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, providing a high level of service to clients while working towards agreed targets and performance objectives. The role requires someone who is organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing their own workload with minimal supervision.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Proven track record of managing and completing conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legislation
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing legal documentation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
- A minimum of 6 years of experience within a conveyancing role is required for this role
