We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Installer to lead or support the construction of high‑quality timber and composite decking. This is a hands‑on role that involves everything from initial ground preparation and sub‑frame construction to the final, precise laying of deck boards, fencing and balustrades. Key Responsibilities
- Sub-Frame Construction: Building solid, level, and durable timber sub‑frames and joist systems.
- Precision Fitting: Installing timber and composite decking boards with meticulous attention to spacing and alignment.
- Bespoke Features: Fitting steps, handrails, balustrades, and integrated lighting to a professional standard.
- Ground Preparation: Basic landscaping and site clearance to ensure a perfect foundation for every build.

What We’re Looking For
