We are currently looking for an experienced conveyancing property assistant to join a well established solicitors firm in Otley.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in conveyancing who can join the team and bring their knowledge to a new role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling specific steps in residential property matters
  • Managing the tasks delegated by the solicitor in charge to ensure workload is achieved
  • File opening for new cases
  • Variety of pre and post completion tasks
  • Supporting with property searches and Land Registry checks
  • Working to ensure deadlines are achieved

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a property assistant/conveyancing role
  • Previous experience of using case management systems
  • Computer literate and confident across a variety of systems
  • Confidently handling your own workload effectively and achieving deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
