We are currently recruiting for an onsite account manager for one of our key clients based in Northampton. Do you have experience of operating within warehouse recruitment or for an established MSP? Are you looking for a role that revolves around maintaining a strong client relationship? This could be the perfect opportunity to join our thriving on-site team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead our on-site managed service operation, delivering contractually agreed workforce solutions in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Own the day-to-day client relationship, partnering with senior site leadership to plan, forecast, and deliver workforce requirements.
- Direct all end-to-end recruitment and compliance for temporary workers, including attraction, screening, right-to-work checks, and ethical selection.
- Ensure daily fulfilment of labour demand, managing rotas, absence, retention, and behavioural performance of all workers.
- Maintain full compliance with UK employment and health & safety legislation, including AWR and Working Time Regulations.
- Produce and present KPI reporting and service reviews, contributing to continuous improvement and contract performance.
- Manage payroll accuracy, time & attendance, stock control, and budgets to maximise revenue and service efficiency.
