About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join our client's busy production team in Newport.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment, with full-time hours available. Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a food production line
- Packing finished food products ready for dispatch
- Packing and preparing food products
- Quality checking finished products
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and committed
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Flexible and able to commit to the required shift pattern
- Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential
- Able to travel to the Newport site independently - own transport required
Training
Full training will be provided. No previous food production experience or formal qualifications are required.
