We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Sales Executives to join our client's fast‑paced and dynamic team in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in a modern, service‑led car retail environment.

The Role

  • Meeting, greeting, and building natural rapport with customers in-store
  • Delivering a no‑pressure, needs‑based sales service
  • Completing face‑to‑face quotes on selected and recommended vehicles
  • Upselling relevant products and finance packages where appropriate
  • Managing the full handover process with exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure outstanding customer care and expectation management

About You

  • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Has a proven track record in sales or excellent customer service
  • Has experience working to targets (beneficial but not essential)
  • Has experience selling financial products (training provided)
  • Can build rapport quickly and naturally with customers
  • Is flexible and able to work weekends as part of a rota
