We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our client's Sales Office / Warehouse team in Monmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and the chance to join a growing business permanently.
The Role
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
- Generating new business and supporting sales targets
- Preparing quotations and following through to completion
- Assisting customers at the sales counter
- Supporting new product launches and promotions
- Picking, packing and processing customer orders
- Receiving and storing stock correctly
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Following company security and health & safety procedures
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised and reliable with a proactive attitude
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales, admin or warehouse experience preferred
