We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our client's Sales Office / Warehouse team in Monmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and the chance to join a growing business permanently.

The Role

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
  • Generating new business and supporting sales targets
  • Preparing quotations and following through to completion
  • Assisting customers at the sales counter
  • Supporting new product launches and promotions
  • Picking, packing and processing customer orders
  • Receiving and storing stock correctly
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Following company security and health & safety procedures

About You

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
