JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Stock Clerk / Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation based in Bilsthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast paced logistics environment and is confident communicating with drivers and colleagues.

Working from the Stock Office, you will be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing drivers, ensuring deliveries are booked in accurately and all associated paperwork is completed efficiently.

The Role

  • Greeting drivers arriving on site
  • Signing drivers in and out
  • Booking deliveries and collections
  • Checking and processing delivery paperwork
  • Updating stock and warehouse systems
  • Liaising with warehouse, transport and production teams
  • General administration duties within the Stock Office
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Confident communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
  • Reliable, organised and proactive
  • Own transport is essential due to the location and limited public transport links

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday
6:30am to 3:00pm
Please note, initial training will be completed on a different shift before moving onto the permanent working hours.

Pay

£13.45 per hour
