Production Operatives Required

- Monday-Thursday 7am - 4.30pm
- Start date - Monday 7th September

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Forest Town Mansfield (NG19)
The company repairs batteries, and you'll play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
- Inspect and diagnose batteries to identify defects or damage
- Test repaired batteries to ensure they are safe and performing correctly.
- Complete quality checks and maintain repair records.
- Follow strict health and safety procedures when handling lithium batteries
- Work with colleagues in production, engineering, and quality departments to improve processes.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Physically capable of carrying out the duties involved
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully
- Happy working around chemicals and wearing the required PPE
- A good team player with a strong work ethic
- Looking for regular, long-term work
Previous production/production line and previous power tool experience would be useful, but isn't essential as full training is provided.
