We are recruiting for a fluent Finnish speaking Customer Advisor to join our global outsourcing client in Canary Wharf. This is a full time, permanent contract providing a high level of service across multiple channels including calls and web chat. This is based out of Canary Wharf but hybrid working is possible once full training is completed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and providing a high level of customer care
  • Responding to queries via multiple channels including calls, emails and web chat
  • Responding to both Finnish and English speaking customers
  • Updating customer records accurately
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in both Finnish and English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, telephony experience is preferred but not essential
  • Computer literate and confident using multiple systems
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Can comfortably commute to Canary Wharf

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday: 8am-4:15pm
