JDR Recruitment Swansea are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operators to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Coedely / Llantrisant area. We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who are available to work permanent night shifts, Sunday night through to Thursday night. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern production environment, working as part of a team involved in the manufacturing, bottling and packing of a range of consumer products.
The Role
- Working on fast-paced production and bottling lines
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Feeding products and packaging materials onto production lines
- Packing, labelling and preparing finished products
- Carrying out basic quality checks throughout the production process
- Checking products for defects and ensuring they meet required standards
- Completing production paperwork where required
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Following all site Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Working closely with other Production Operators and Shift Supervisors to achieve daily production targets
- Supporting across different areas of production when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within production, manufacturing, FMCG, bottling, packing or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous, although we are also interested in reliable candidates who are keen to learn.
- Be fully available to work night shifts Sunday through to Thursday
- Be comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
- Have an excellent attitude towards attendance and timekeeping
- Be able to follow instructions and site procedures
- Work well as part of a team
- Have good attention to detail
- Be comfortable with repetitive and physical duties
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and Health & Safety
