Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10pm until 0600am.

JDR Recruitment Swansea are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operators to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Coedely / Llantrisant area. We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who are available to work permanent night shifts, Sunday night through to Thursday night. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern production environment, working as part of a team involved in the manufacturing, bottling and packing of a range of consumer products.

The Role

  • Working on fast-paced production and bottling lines
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Feeding products and packaging materials onto production lines
  • Packing, labelling and preparing finished products
  • Carrying out basic quality checks throughout the production process
  • Checking products for defects and ensuring they meet required standards
  • Completing production paperwork where required
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
  • Following all site Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures
  • Working closely with other Production Operators and Shift Supervisors to achieve daily production targets
  • Supporting across different areas of production when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within production, manufacturing, FMCG, bottling, packing or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous, although we are also interested in reliable candidates who are keen to learn.
  • Be fully available to work night shifts Sunday through to Thursday
  • Be comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
  • Have an excellent attitude towards attendance and timekeeping
  • Be able to follow instructions and site procedures
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be comfortable with repetitive and physical duties
  • Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and Health & Safety

All successful candidates will be required to complete a full registration and face-to-face induction with JDR Recruitment prior to starting.
