JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for a company based in Allerton.

Duties:

  • Will learn the internal Pick / Pack operation
  • Rectifying errors
  • Managing pick rates
  • Looking after up to 20 staff at one time

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of a pick/pack environment
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of leading a small team

The shift pattern for this role will be Tuesday - Saturday (Tuesday - Friday 2pm-10am & Saturday 8am-4pm).

The hourly rate will be £14.52 per hour increasing to £15.97 per hour after 12 weeks - This equates to £28,314 per annum rising to £31,141 after 12 weeks.

Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate.
