PRODUCTION PACKING OPERATOR - 6am - 6pm (rolling shifts)

MUST HAVE:

Previous experience in FCMG, GMP, Machine/Packing experience

Working for a leading food manufacturer company.

What's the role about?

  • Based within the packing end of production
  • Responsible for running various pieces of packing machinery and processing the finished goods, ready for dispatch.
  • All tasks will be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

How will you stand out?

  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to seamlessly adapt to business requirements
  • Have a high level of integrity who will maintain high standards.
  • Demonstrate a consistent and high performance in Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
  • Has an understanding of GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
  • Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork. Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability work collaboratively with the Team, the Team Leader and key Stakeholders. Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
