JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to cover sites based in Warrington, Leigh and Astley.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning teams across multiple locations
- Travel between sites to monitor performance and standards
- Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out to company and client standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Provide training, guidance and support to cleaning staff
- Cover staff absences and vacancies when required (hands-on cleaning)
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Complete reports, timesheets, and documentation accurately
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management where needed
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role
- Full UK driving licence
- Car owner
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards and procedures
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to pay for one
Desirable
- Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments
- Basic IT skills (for reporting and communication)
- Experience managing rotas and staff performance
