Working on behalf of our Client, who is looking for a Legal Administrator to play a vital role to work closely with the family practice to ensure the smooth operation of legal processes. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to support legal professionals by managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage and organise legal documents, correspondence, and case files with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in preparing contracts, reports, and legal summaries to support ongoing cases and projects
- Liaising with clients by telephone and in person, delivering a professional, compassionate and empathetic service
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly handled
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from internal teams and external clients
- Supporting the team by maintaining accurate medical records of legal activities, deadlines, and communications to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document review
- Facilitate communication between legal professionals, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows
Experience
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret legal documents and identify key information accurately
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organisational capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour and clear communication abilities
- Solid organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documentation
- Familiarity with legal terminology or experience working within a legal setting is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
