We are recruiting a Consultation Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing organisation within the premium consumer services sector. This role is ideal for people focused sales professionals who excel in consultative conversations, building trust, and guiding customers through important buying decisions.

All enquiries come from warm leads only; no cold calling, no lead generation. Customers reach out through self-referrals, online enquiries, and inbound requests for more information.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct consultation calls with customers who have already expressed interest.
  • Build rapport using empathy, active listening, and a patient first, solution-focused approach.
  • Address questions around price, timelines, and service details with confidence and clarity.
  • Guide customers from enquiry to booking, ensuring they secure their next appointment promptly.
  • Work closely with operational and customer care teams to deliver a high-quality, seamless experience from first contact to service delivery.

Training & Development

  • Structured onboarding covering consultative sales techniques, product/service fundamentals, and compliance.
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring to support rapid performance growth.
  • Regular expert-led sessions to strengthen your industry and sales knowledge.

Working Hours

  • Mon-Wed: 10:30am-8:00pm
  • Thu-Fri: 8:00am-6:00pm
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00am-5:00pm
