We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Leeds branch to cover the Yorkshire region. JDR has scaled massively since launching in 2025, already working with over 100 clients and planning to continue this growth in 2026. We cover a variety of sectors including warehouse and production, office personnel, engineering and manufacturing across temp and permanent staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing talent through to placement
- Develop new business opportunities and grow key accounts
- Source new leads and achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
- Support clients effectively with their recruitment needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience with a recruitment environment
- Driven individual confident working to targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate individual, confident working with ATS systems
- Full driving license is preferred
