We are looking for a confident and motivated Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor to join our client's well-established PI team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering exceptional client service within a supportive and highly experienced team.
The role:
- You'll manage your own caseload of predominantly EL/PL claims, alongside RTA and disease matters, handling files from initial instruction through to settlement.
- Managing your own PI caseload independently.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Handling MOJ Portal submissions.
- Liaising with clients, medical experts and third parties.
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with PI law and procedure.
- Working towards individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards.
About you:
- 1-7 years PQE or equivalent experience.
- Strong litigation and caseload management experience.
- EL/PL experience (desirable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of the MOJ Pre-Action Protocol and CPR.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
