A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded, claimant-focused Legal 500 law firm with a strong national reputation and an established client base across multiple sectors.
This growing employment team is one of the largest claimant-focused teams in the North of England and handles a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for individuals, trade unions, and professional associations.
The Opportunity - This role offers exposure to varied and high-quality work across sectors including transport, healthcare, education, finance, and entertainment. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside an experienced and supportive team committed to career development and progression.
- Managing a varied employment law caseload
- Advising and representing clients through all stages of litigation
- Handling settlement agreement matters
- Supporting group litigation and protective award claims
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and marketing activity
