We are excited to be partnering with a fast growing client in Leeds to recruit for their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation who have grown by 75% in the last year with no plans to slow down. You'll be working in a busy and dynamic environment speaking to warm leads and working to achieve targets. The OTE is £70k with top earners achieving £90k for the year! This is an office based role working in LS11, Leeds.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contacting warm leads to discuss various products and services
  • Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and circumstances
  • Speaking with customers via telephone and video call
  • Overcoming objections from customers
  • Working to achieve and exceed targets

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a sales role - this could be telephone or face to face
  • Confident working in a target driven environment
  • Hardworking and driven individual
  • Great people skills and ability to build rapport
  • Strong objection handling skills

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 10:30am-8pm
  • Thursday to Friday: 8:30am-6pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9am-5pm
