JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners to work at a large distribution centre based in Knowsley, L33
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and walkways.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber dryers and sweepers (training provided).
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
- Clean loading bays, dispatch areas, and warehouse racking where required.
- Replenish consumables including soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report hazards, spillages, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to management.
- Support deep-cleaning activities during quieter operational periods.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored and used safely in line with COSHH regulations.
Skills and Experience
- Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety.
Shifts Available
- 10:00pm - 6:00am Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday - 24 hours per week
- 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week
- 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week
- 8:00am - 12:00am Monday - Friday - 20 hours per week
Pay Rates
Days - £12.71 per hour
Nights - £13.71 per hour
