We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing technical services team. This is a mobile role involving service, maintenance, installation, and breakdown support across a range of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and install air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults on systems including splits, VRV/VRF, and chillers
  • Carry out leak testing in line with F-Gas regulations
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Attend breakdown callouts on a rota basis
  • Complete job reports, commissioning sheets, and timesheets accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver a high level of service
  • Support with materials and equipment selection when required

Requirements

  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
  • F-Gas certification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining AC and refrigeration systems
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • IPAF / PASMA / CSCS
  • Electrical qualifications (18th Edition)
  • Experience with BMS systems, chillers, or AHUs
