We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our clients busy Assembly Department. This role involves working across multiple production areas, assembling high-quality products as part of a team. You will be trained to work across four key sections, giving you variety in your day-to-day tasks and opportunities to develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products as part of a production line or at workstations
- Use compressed air hand tools safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively within small teams
- Prepare, assemble, and pack components to required standards
- Operate machinery (full training provided), including:
- Shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and cardboard machines
- Router, dowler, press, and strapping equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
