JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives to work for a manufacturing company based in Hindley.
Duties Include:
- Heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Operating mixing or filling machines
- Operating semi-automated machinery
- Working to daily production targets
Candidates must be H&S conscious (happy to wear PPE and keep their work stations tidy at all times).
The shift pattern will involve being flexible to work the below shifts:
- 6am - 2pm Monday - Thursday & 6am - 12pm on Friday
- 2pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday & 12pm - 6pm on Friday
38 hours paid per week.
The pay rates are:
- Early Shift - £14.01 per hour
- Afternoon Shift - £14.01 per hour plus £203 paid at the end of the month as a lump sum if you have worked the afternoon shift for the whole month
Overtime is payable using the following breakdown:
- Time plus ⅓ of your normal hourly rate for the first two hours of overtime worked Monday to Friday (inclusive) and time plus ½ thereafter
- Time plus ½ of your normal hourly rate for the first six hours and double time thereafter for overtime worked on Saturdays
- Double time of your normal hourly rate for overtime worked on Sundays.
Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate.
