Reach Truck Drivers Required 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am in Heywood, Manchester. Immediate Start.
JDR Recruitment Limited (Mansfield) are working in partnership with one of the UKs leading providers of temperature controlled supply chain solutions and we are now recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers to join their Heywood depot. This is a fantastic opportunity offering temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidates. Immediate starts are available with inductions weekly, with limited spaces, so early applications are strongly encouraged.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating Reach Trucks (360° steering) on racking up to 13m high
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse tasks: voice pick, pack, loading/unloading
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment (as low as -25°C) - however all reach trucks have heated cabs & full PPE provided
Requirements:
- Experience with operating Reach FLTs
- Comfortable working at height
- RTITB certification or equivalent, gained within the last 3 years
- Must feel confident to pass a theory & practical assessment
Please Note: these roles are working within a temperature controlled, chilled environment. However, full PPE is provided and the Reach Truck cab is heated.
Shift Pattern:
7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off (to include weekends as the rota falls)
Pay Rate:
£14.10 - £15.18 per hour
Location:
The site is based in Heywood. Due to the shift times, candidates with own transport are preferred.
Induction and Start Date:
Walkrounds and immediate starts are available for this role.
