Broadband and Connectivity
We are looking for a Residential Telesales Advisor to join a supportive, growing contact centre team.
You will speak to residential customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right broadband and connectivity package.
This role suits someone who enjoys building rapport, solving problems, and working towards clear goals with strong team support.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Speak with customers on inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages
- Build long‑term customer relationships
- Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline
- Handle queries and objections professionally

- Keep accurate customer records

- What We’re Looking For
You will have
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or contact centres

Sales experience is useful but not essential. Full training is provided.
