Junior Accounts Administrator in Golborne

JDR Recruitment are recruiting an accounts admin to join our client based in Golborne WA3 Location: Golborne WA3 Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 DOE, based on a 34 hour working week. Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 4pm finish on a Friday Direct Permanent position Immediate start available

The Role:

• Checking supplier invoices against goods received.
• Processing supplier invoices onto Sage
• Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements.
• Preparation of monthly supplier payment runs.
• Prepare and send supplier remittances.
• Advanced payments for proforma invoices as required.
• Liaising with suppliers.

We are interviewing immediately with an immediate start available.

Experience / Skills Required:

• Full training for this role will be given but you\’d be at an advantage if you\’ve previously worked within an admin environment
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft
• Communication skills and good attention to detail
• Focused attitude towards customer service
• Strong organisational and time management skills along with the ability to manage a varied workload.
