JDR is currently recruiting for Trailer Builders / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Bolton (BL6).
The Role
As a Trailer Builder / Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling trailers and components using a variety of powered hand tools and assembly equipment. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Building and assembling trailer components to specification
- Using powered hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Following technical instructions and assembly drawings
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the build process
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Confident using powered hand tools
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
