We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Team Leader, based at our client in Yatton to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of our site. This role combines leadership with practical skills, requiring someone who can manage a small team while also getting involved in maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and supporting electrical work.
Location: Yatton
Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.12 per hour at first, rising after probation period and taking on the Supervisor responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise and support the facilities team to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Plan and prioritise maintenance schedules, both reactive and preventive
- Carry out hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs (e.g. leaks, blockages, fixture replacements)
- General building maintenance (carpentry, painting, minor repairs)
- Support and oversee minor electrical works (e.g. replacing fittings, fault identification), ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- £13.12 per hour, rising when taken on Supervisor responsibilities
