Hours: 40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days / covering hours between opening and closing times

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the telephone, and via email
- Proactively identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and engaging team environment
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (retail experience desirable but not essential)
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
- Target-driven mindset with the confidence to upsell and promote products
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
