Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-13:00
Pay rate: £15.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced dispatch supervisor to join our client on a permanent basis. The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately. The role plays a key part in meeting customer delivery requirements while maintaining strict quality, security, and traceability standards.
Role:- Supervise daily pick, pack, and dispatch activities to meet production and shipment deadlines
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of team members
- Verify orders against documentation to maintain 100% order accuracy
- Maintain secure handling, storage, and dispatch of controlled and sensitive materials
- Ensure full traceability of products through correct labelling, documentation, and system updates
- Use computer systems to process orders
- Ensure dispatch paperwork is completed accurately (delivery notes, export documents, consignment records)
- Pick and pack products
This is a hands-on position and you will be required to pick and pack orders as well as supervising team members.

Requirements:- Previous supervisory experience in a dispatch environment
- Strong knowledge of pick/pack/dispatch processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good IT skills (ERP, Microsoft Office)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and methodical
- Proactive problem solver
- Able to lead by example and motivate teams
