About the Role
You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, speaking directly with customers by telephone and email. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and provide clear, professional support. This is a hybrid role, with time split between home and our Canary Wharf office. You will be part of a fast-paced contact centre environment, focused on delivering high standards of service.
Essential Requirements
- Proven contact centre or call centre experience
- Fluent in French, Dutch or Swedish at professional working level (one required)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
