We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Dealership Reception Coordinator to be the welcoming face of a car dealership. This is a key role where first impressions matter - you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership and play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling for sales and service departments
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Process basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, payments, mail)
  • Support sales and service teams with clerical assistance
  • Manage customer check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate when needed

  • Friendly, confident, and well-presented
