Production Operative (Days) - Boroughbridge
£12.71 per hour / £28,089 per annum equivalent
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
JDR are currently working with a well‑established manufacturing client, looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. This is a temporary position with flexibility required to cover shifts. Due to the nature of the client you'll be working in and around raw meat, successful candidates must be comfortable in this type of environment. This role is based on site in Boroughbridge.
What you'll be doing:
- Working to daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Packing products ready for distribution
- Inspecting products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a similar production/warehouse environment
- A strong team player with a good work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy production/warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a manual environment with heavy lifting
