We are currently recruiting for an Office-Based Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and professional team based in Canary Wharf. This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: Shifts falling between 08:00am - 20:00pm
- Weekends: Shifts falling between 10:00am - 17:00pm
Flexibility across these hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or online systems
- Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
- Updating customer records and internal systems accurately
- Escalating issues where necessary in line with procedures
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
Key Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
