We're looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance FLT Driver / Machine Operator to work at a busy 24-hour production facility. You'll play a key role in mixing products to ensure smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality. This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing and bagging machinery
- Ensure consistent product quality and accurate output
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
- Work to production targets and deadlines
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required
- Distribute stock using the Counterbalance FLT truck
- Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
- Adhere to health and safety policies at all times
About You
- Forklift experience essential - however we can accept in-house and expired licences
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
