We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver Days £17ph-£19.05ph (higher rate includes holiday pay)
Location: Pontyclun CF72
Immediate start
Shift: 0600 starts, max 10hr days
Ongoing throughout summer with some permanent opportunities available
JDR Recruitment are recruiting for HGV Class 2 HIAB to join our clients team based in Pontyclun.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of building materials using a HIAB crane, with a strong focus on brick grab operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB crane attachment
Delivering bricks and construction materials to residential and commercial sites
Using a brick grab safely and efficiently
Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service on-site
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence (Min 2 years experience)
Valid HIAB licence (ALLMI or equivalent), with brick grab certification
Proven experience using a brick grab attachment
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Strong work ethic and reliability
