JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Castleford (WF10).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Provide a high level of customer service and support
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer information accurately and maintain records
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
- Follow company procedures and service standards
Required Skills
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT and administration skills
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression
We are looking for someone with a great personality, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to join the company permanently after a successful probation period.

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm

Castleford, WF10
Pay Rate
£13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Contract
Temporary to Permanent
Permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week probation period
