The Role:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial gas heating and hot water systems
- Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
- Fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical plant, HVAC, and associated building services
- Ensuring compliance with current gas safety and health & safety regulations
- Completing job reports and relevant documentation
- Liaising professionally with clients and site teams
About You:
- Fully qualified Commercial Gas Safe Engineer with valid ACS commercial tickets
- Strong mechanical engineering background (plumbing, heating, HVAC)
- Experience working in commercial environments
- Electrical knowledge and fault-finding experience (18th Edition desirable)
- Good knowledge of building services and plant rooms
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Professional and customer-focused approach
