The Role
You will work as a B2B Client Success Advisor, contacting an existing base of business customers to discuss and sell broadband services. This role focuses on outbound calls to warm clients. You will speak with businesses that already have a relationship with the company. Your job is to strengthen that relationship while identifying opportunities to upgrade or add broadband services. The role is fully on-site in Rochdale during the temporary contract.
