JDR Recruitment are recruiting for VNA Drivers for a large distribution site based in Burnley, BB11.
Key Responsibilities
VNA Truck Operations
- Operate VNA trucks safely in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.
- Retrieve stock from high-bay racking for order picking and dispatch.
- Replenish picking locations from bulk storage.
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and defect reporting.
Warehouse Duties
- Load and unload goods as required.
- Assist with picking, packing, and stock movement duties.
- Accurately scan products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Ensure stock is correctly located and labelled.
- Support stock takes and inventory checks.
Skills & Experience
- Valid and accredited VNA Forklift Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Overtime available on Saturdays
Pay Rate
£14 per hour for basic hours
£21 per hour for overtime
Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks
