JDR Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Order Pickers to work for a large distribution company based in Burnley, BB11.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking
- Pick customer orders using pick sheets and pump trucks
- Locate stock accurately within warehouse locations.
- Ensure products are picked in line with quantity and quality requirements.
- Meet daily picking targets and productivity standards.
Packing & Dispatch
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required.
Stock Control
- Carry out stock checks and inventory counts.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse systems.
The working hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
30 minutes unpaid for lunch
£12.71 per hour for basic hours
£19.07 per hour for overtime on Saturdays
